Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using PassPicly. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and to verify official photo requirements before submission.
Independent service
PassPicly is an independent photo preparation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency, passport office, immigration authority, embassy, consulate, or licensing department.
No acceptance guarantee
Official photo requirements can vary by country, document type, submission channel, and local office. Some authorities reject software-edited, filtered, retouched, or AI-processed photos. PassPicly provides formatting assistance and risk notices, but it does not guarantee approval.
Permitted use
- Use your own photo or a photo you are authorized to process.
- Use accurate information when selecting a country, document type, or custom size.
- Review the generated preview before payment.
- Verify the final output against the receiving authority’s current requirements.
Prohibited use
- Do not upload photos without permission from the person shown.
- Do not use PassPicly to impersonate another person or create fraudulent documents.
- Do not attempt to bypass identity checks, payment systems, or download authorization.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
Payments and downloads
PassPicly charges per successfully generated high-resolution download. Paid downloads include the final photo and print sheet when available. Download links are time-limited and should be saved promptly after payment.
Limitations
PassPicly is provided as a practical photo preparation service. It may be unavailable, delayed, or affected by third-party services such as payment processors, AI providers, DNS providers, hosting infrastructure, or network conditions.
