When to use custom size
Use custom size only when you already know the required output dimensions. This mode is not tied to an official authority and does not provide an official compliance guarantee.
- Default size: 35 x 45 mm.
- Default DPI: 300.
- Supported units: mm, in, px.
- Maximum output: longest side up to 3000 px.
Acceptance warning
Some agencies reject photos that are edited, filtered, retouched, or AI-processed. Always compare the generated result against the receiving authority’s current rules before submission.
