PassPicly is an independent ID photo preparation service built for people who need correctly sized, clean, downloadable ID photo files without visiting a studio.

What PassPicly does

PassPicly helps convert a clear front-facing photo into an official-size ID photo preview. The service includes presets for passport, visa, residence, work pass, driving licence, and other high-frequency ID photo uses across supported countries, plus a custom size mode for user-defined dimensions.

The product is designed around conservative processing: local prechecks first, then limited correction for background, framing, and lighting. It is not designed to change identity, facial features, age, hairstyle, skin tone, scars, moles, or other permanent characteristics.

How the workflow works

Select an official preset or define a custom size.
Upload up to 15 clear face photos at once.
Review local checks for face visibility, framing, and basic suitability.
Generate low-resolution watermarked previews.
Pay only for generated previews you want to download.
Download the high-resolution photo and a 4x6 print sheet.

Compliance position

PassPicly provides size formatting and preparation assistance. Some authorities restrict or reject edited, filtered, or AI-processed photos. When a preset has known editing restrictions, the app displays that risk in the specification panel.

PassPicly does not represent any government agency, embassy, immigration office, or passport authority, and it does not guarantee that a photo will be accepted.
