Data we process

• Photos you upload for ID photo preparation.
• Generated previews, final ID photos, and print sheets.
• Selected country, document preset, custom size settings, and generation status.
• Order IDs, payment status, checkout session references, and download authorization records.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Local prechecks

The browser performs prechecks before generation where possible, including file validation and face/framing suitability checks. This reduces unnecessary uploads and helps identify unsuitable photos early.

Photo processing

When you generate previews, your uploaded photo is sent to the PassPicly server for rendering, storage, and download preparation. If AI processing is enabled, the photo may be sent to the configured AI provider for conservative background, lighting, and framing assistance.

PassPicly is designed not to intentionally alter identity-defining features such as facial structure, age, hair, skin tone, scars, or moles.

Storage and retention

Uploaded photos, previews, final photos, and print sheets are retained only for short-term generation and download access. The current production configuration stores these files on the PassPicly server and runs an automated cleanup job for expired orders.

Download links are intended to expire after the configured order window. Do not use PassPicly as permanent photo storage.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. PassPicly does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo, not to generate previews, or not to proceed to payment. For privacy or deletion questions related to a recent order, contact support with the order ID or payment reference.

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page. This policy may be updated as the service changes.
